Whenever a priest celebrates Mass, he applies the grace of the Mass toward a specific need or intention which is offered to God in and through the Eucharist. The priest may only accept one Mass intention donation for each Mass, which is normally announced during the prayers of the faithful. The pastor is required by Church law to offer at least one Mass on holy days and each Sunday for the intentions of the people, pro populo.
At St. Mark, we offer a Mass for the repose of the soul of anyone whose funeral is celebrated at St. Mark. Additionally, a Mass is offered at the one year anniversary of the passing.A Mass intention may be for:

Donations given for Mass intentions and memorials are non-refundable. However, you can transfer or reschedule your offering to a different date at any time.
