Communication Requests

The St. Mark Communication Request Form is to be used to request marketing and promotions for an event, program, or announcement. 

Carefully read and complete the form section relevant to your request.

• Bulletin deadlines are due on Monday by 4pm, 12 days prior to the desired publication date. Exceptions include holidays, which may require earlier deadlines. To ensure your request is received and processed in a timely manner, please refer to the appropriate schedules:

• Events or facility usage at St. Mark must be approved before submitting a Communication Request Form. To request an event or use of our facilities please complete the Facility Request Form. 
• Please proofread your message for accuracy and content before submitting your request. If necessary, cite your sources.
• Artwork or images should adhere to copyright laws.
• Due to space and/or availability in the bulletin or other communication platforms, all requests are subject to editing.
• Users will receive an automated copy of their form in their email upon submission.
• If there are questions about the Communication Request, contact may be made by phone or email.
• Notification will be communicated when the request has been approved.
